The Taiwanese mainboard vendor known as Abit has been throwing new products out onto the market lately about as frequently as a Las Vegas casino dealer throws deuces whenever we've doubled down on a pair of fives…

No less than three brand new Abit mainboard models have appeared in the last month alone. We're sure this is no surprise to our readers, who along with the rest of us last year, witnessed Abit's strong sales volume and brand name recognition grow to new heights.

For 1999 the theme at Abit is all about diversity, as they want to be able to provide a wide variety of board options at the high and low ends of the market, as well as the wide spectrum in-between.

Today Sharky Extreme examines Abit's new low cost entry into the lucrative Intel Socket370 market, the "ZM6".
