WinBook is one of the lesser known but longer running designers and builders of notebook computers. They have made a name for themselves with fully featured notebooks that provide plenty of bang for the buck. We decided to take a look at their WinBook Si, their 800MHz powerhouse notebook, which runs for a mere $2275 as tested. Here are the specifications of our test system:
